At Puscifer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition. Please note that certain limited edition collectibles and intimate apparel may be final sale.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
